Digital service refunds

Customers can request a refund within 60 days when the paid scanner is not delivered, is materially unavailable, or was purchased by mistake. Support requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@vibeseal.dev with the purchase email address, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Once Creem checkout is enabled, eligible refunds will be processed through Creem.

Subscriptions

When paid subscriptions are enabled, customers will be able to cancel through the Creem Customer Portal or by contacting support.
